As a parent, family member or carer, you may be able to access services for someone else. We call this having proxy access. We can set this up for you if you are both registered with us.

The NHS Community Listening Service is a valuable service that is available to anyone who needs support or someone to talk to during challenging periods of life.
Community nursing
Community (District) Nurses provide a service for people who are housebound.
Getting a fit (sick) note
Request a sick note if you've been sick for more than 7 days.
Vaccinations
Vaccinations help protect against serious preventable diseases
If you are entitled to any of the vaccines e.g. Covid Booster, Shingles or Flu you will receive a letter with details of vaccine, appointment place and time. Please follow the instructions on the letter to reschedule or cancel the appointment if it is not suitable.
PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE HEALTH CENTRE. The Health Centre do not have any control over the appointments. Letters are sent from NHS Tayside.
