The Practice Manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice so that the right systems and people are in place to provide a high quality of patient care. She is responsible for human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care. If you have a Complaint, Comment or even a Compliment about any aspect of this Practice, it should be addressed to the Practice Manager. Complaint or Comment forms are available from the Reception Desk or you may wish to make an appointment with the Practice Manager to discuss your concerns, she will explain our procedure and ensure that any complaint or comment you may have is investigated or acted upon. It would be helpful if you are as specific as possible about your complaint or comment. |
