Remember if you provide care for older people, anyone who is frail, anyone with an addiction or disability, and you are not paid to carry out this care, you are also eligible for the flu vaccine. This includes children or young people under the age of 18 carrying out significant caring tasks for another person.
Perth and Kinross Association of Voluntary Services provide advice and support services to both adult and young carers.
